Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ship in a Weekend ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

2. Accounts and Organizations

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity within your organization account and for ensuring team members comply with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal.

4. Intellectual Property

Ship in a Weekend and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.

5. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them. Do not share sensitive personal or confidential information with AI features.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
